String 'n Swing

I can’t say enough good things about String N Swing. As someone who loves supporting local businesses, this store has earned my loyalty. The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help without ever being pushy. They take the time to understand your needs and make sure you leave with the right equipment, never trying to oversell you. What really sets them apart is their commitment to quality service. They offer fair prices, which is rare for specialty shops, and they even have a paddle/racquet demo program to ensure you get exactly what you want and need. I also love the court in the back of the store, which makes testing equipment so much easier. I'm truly thankful to have this store as a local resource, and I appreciate their ongoing commitment to serving our community. This is a place everyone should support. Highly recommend!

It had been a few years since I had my racket restrung, and it was really needing new strings since I was playing often again—I probably had no tension at all. They helped me pick out the right strings for my game, and I am hitting cleaner now than ever. Pretty affordable, too. I am definitely going back next time. Strings: Solinco Mach 10 Polyester Monofilament 1.2mm 17 gauge.

Love this place. Passed through Memphis on a roadtrip from Ohio to Texas and made special stop for this store based on location and Google reviews. They have a great inventory of apparel (and accessories and shoes too) with variety of brands and sizes. Spent a good 45min trying on skirts n tops and ended up leaving with a haul. Connie was awesome-personable and helpful. I even recognized one of the pro women that String n Swing sponsors—whom I took lessons from a couple of years ago in Texas—from a picture on their wall. Small world! I'll be back.

A tennis player's dream. A huge space with everything a tennis player needs. Friendly staff, great selection and even a place to hit balls in the store!!!! Very cool place.

String and swing is great. They now have a larger selection of rackets and shoes than they used to, so it's even more friendly to people who play with rackets that are less common than Wilson, head, or Babolat. They also do price matching. So this is a good way to support a local business rather than buying online.
